Goods purchased from the online store www.mezator.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Purchased goods that are to be returned or exchanged must not bear any signs of use, must have all labels, tags and holograms, and must be returned together with all items with which they were delivered (invoice, free products, etc.).
To return the goods, please fill in the exchange/return form, which includes a statement of withdrawal from the contract.

The refund includes all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery you chose, which is not the cheapest standard method of delivery we offer). We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution. The refund will be made without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier.
Refunds can be made:
by bank transfer within 7 working days of confirmation of the return, or
by sending a prepaid return label at the customer's request, without additional shipping costs.
The delivery time for shipments made by the store is 48 hours (working days).
You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the goods yourself if you do not use the return label option. The store is not responsible for loss or damage to the shipment by the courier or post office.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods in a manner that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Complaints
In the event of physical defects in the purchased goods or non-compliance of the goods with the order, the customer has the right to make a complaint.
In this case, please send the goods at your own expense to the store's address:

1. Please enclose proof of purchase and information about the reasons for the complaint with the returned goods.
2. The store does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.
3. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date the store receives the shipment with the goods subject to complaint.
4. The store is not responsible for loss or damage to the shipment by the courier or the Post Office.
5. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another, fully functional goods within 14 days, or if this is not possible (e.g. due to stock shortages), the store will refund the value of the goods to the customer or offer them other goods available in the store.
